  Pre Preg Model 550

  Pre-preg mixers are designed to handle the special needs of mixing, and maintaining extremely critical temperatures. Frequently, a slow speed sweep blade with dual disperser blades are used to control this process within a jacketed, covered tank.

  Hot Melt Mixer Dual Shaft Model 550AI

  This special mixer design allows hot melt resins to heat-up faster and offer the flexibility of coating woven materials with fewer steps in the process. Uses for this machine include epoxy adhesives, adhesive glues, glue gun adhesives, rubber adhesives, wood binder adhesives, paper adhesives and woven textile adhesives.

  Single Shaft 775/800 Disperser

  A variety of mixers, dispersers, and agitators are available to handle low- to mid-viscosity products. Low viscosity products are generally processed with single shaft designs. These units can be provided with mechanical or frequency drive controls, and process small batches, as well as large-volume stationary tank applications. Generally, this design handles liquid-liquid and liquid-solid mixing, blending, dispersing, and suspending.
